Chinnor Village Hall can offer you a perfect venue for all your events and is a key venue for all our community to benefit from.  Hire rates are very competitive. Take a look around our website.

A recent investment has been made to purchase and install a digital projector and screen into the main hall.

Our halls are bright and cheerful and have kitchen facilities in close proximity. With both alcohol and music licences. What could be better? Free to run your own bar at your own prices

Behind our stage at Chinnor Village Hall  are two smaller rooms both with their own facilities.  These are also bright and cheerful, large enough for a small group meeting of 5 -6 people

If it’s a more subdued area you’re looking for, Chinnor Village Hall has an upstairs Committee Room.  Easily accessed by stairs or lift and close to both ground floor kitchens. A room which can be used for seated training courses, lectures as well as art classes and rehearsals for “am dram”

Chinnor Village Hall has excellent parking facilities with 50 spaces in the rear car park and 10 in the front. Completely wheelchair friendly

Thank you for your comment. As there are many varied events which take place on week-ends at CVH, we as volunteers would be hard pressed to keeping the website up-to-date. More hands do make light work and if additional volunteers came forward to join the Board of Trustees we would hopefully then be able to advertise these amazing fund-raising events

Why don't you advertise community events that are being held at the Village Hall on your website? For example, this weekend there is a music event raising money for the Village Centre at the Village Hall, but no mention of it on the Village Hall website.

Hello

I am writing on behalf of Captain Fantastic Children's Parties who would like to host a one hour long Halloween show for children from the age of 5 upwards. The show will raise some money for the NSPCC too. Tickets are £5 and will be sold to the public via the eventbrite website.

We would like to book the main hall from 10am-1pm on Wednesday 30th October. The show will take place between 11-12, with the hour before and after to set up and pack away. We are hoping we can sell tickets to the local community.

Our entertainer will have all the DBS checks required and Captain Fantastic has public liability insurance of £10m.

Please could you let me know what the next step in the process is to booking the hall. If the hall is not available at this time, could you let me know some alternative dates/times?

Kind regards,

Sasha
